Job Description

This role will be in a position to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing Communications team. The incumbent plays a pivotal part in building StarHub’s brand reputation and distinctive market positioning by streamlining processes, optimizing campaign performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making. 

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and a passion for operational excellence. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Go-to-Market to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and executed seamlessly.  

  • Develop and implement operational frameworks to improve marketing workflow, campaign execution, and team productivity.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enhance campaign delivery and reduce time-to-market.
  • Support the planning and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing to optimize paid media performance and maximize ROI.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, budget utilization, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyse marketing data and customer insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of resources.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Recommend operational enhancements based on market intelligence and business needs. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
