Job Description

We are looking for an individual with passion for entertainment content to join the content marketing & go-to-market team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends, proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration and is able to perform in a fast-pace environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new sign ups for Entertainment business through execution of thematic acquisition campaigns/strategic partnerships.

  • Identify key content/events and work closely with customer life-cycle management team for cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

  • Monitor churn numbers for entertainment business and initiate mitigation plans when necessary.

  • Ensure accurate updating of information across all communication platforms for campaigns/product launches. This includes knowledge transfer to all frontliners through training/FAQs etc.

  • Monitor campaign performance and propose necessary adjustment to optimise results of campaigns.

  • Leverage on the variety of content on StarHub's entertainment platform to engage and keep customers excited about the service.

  • Work with various content providers to promote latest key content via campaigns, events or contests.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business management, marketing, marketing communications or a closely related field.

  • Min 5 years’ work experience in B2C Marketing. Preferably in Telecommunications, content/OTT environment.

  • Experience in project management and partner management.
