Job Description

 

This role encompasses to support the CVM team to implement and execute BTL campaigns using the Knowesis Sift tool UI and SQL scripts, focussing on automation based on different stages of customer life cycle, thereby enhancing incremental output from CVM campaigns

 

Responsibilities

 

  1. BTL Campaign Building using Knowesis Sift platform and automate the end to end campaign journey for Home and Mobile lines of business using channels like email, SMS, mobile App push, call center, ChatBot, web etc.
  2. Lead a campaign team to support all BTL (Below the Line) campaigns through various internal channels, by working closely with various stakeholders which includes Sales, Marketing, Product and CLM
  3. Perform in-depth post mortem analysis with Analytic / Data Science team on the effectiveness of A/B experiments and set up framework to present insights to business users to improve performance
  4. Continually evolve performance metrics to track and develop dashboards to track BTL (Below the Line) campaign results
  5. Work with Analytics and Data Science team to incorporate relevant insights from various analyses and data science models to enhance campaign performance
  6. Recommend improvement in processes to automate campaigns, to derive a holistic Customer Lifecycle stage-based approach and ensure adherence of contact police.
  7. Accuracy of base extraction and timely rollout of CVM BTL campaignsProvide recommendations to CVM team to enhance campaign performance, to meet budget numbers for Churn and Recon
  8. Provide recommendations to CVM team to identify attributes to improve performance of Cross Sell campaigns to improve dual and triple service holding customers and meet budget numbers
  9. Support and guide in house campaign management team and involve actively with other departments including IS and external vendors to enhance campaign management tool
  10. Perform in-depth analysis of campaigns to measure output and work with data science and analytics team to automate reporting
Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 6-8 years work experience, at least 3 years in telco/Service industry managing Campaign management tools like Unica, Knowesis SIFT, FlyTxt Neon, 6D Magik, SAAS Campaign Management, Pelatro mViva, Adobe Campaign Management, Pega Campaign Management or any other Campaign Management tool.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Significant experience in project monitoring and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
