giga, the digital brand of StarHub aims to provide Consumers with a seamless, simple, and convenient way to access mobile services, digital solutions, and digital lifestyle benefits all through an App. The Brand and Go-To-Market Assistant Manager for giga, is responsible to strengthen giga’s Telco’s market presence and drive impactful brand initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and optimize go-to-market efforts. This includes digital marketing management, customer retention and growth, brand strategy and execution, strategic partnerships, conducting market research and managing media budgets backed by clear performance tracking and optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies to elevate visibility and market positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact. Analyze marketing performance metrics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights via Google Analytics
- Manage content creation for social media, websites, and marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Execute targeted campaigns for existing giga customers, focusing on conversion, retention, and engagement to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Responsible for NPS of new customers and existing customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Manage with designers, copywriters, and agencies to develop compelling marketing assets that are aligned to the giga brand.
- Drive initiatives involving partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.
- Plan and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact execution.
- Work with other departments within the company to validate and test services and ensure that all products and services launches are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
KPIs: Gross Adds, Net Adds, End Base, ARPU , NPS , App MAU and DAU, Brand Awareness %
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or go-to-market strategy within the telco or tech industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and campaign management systems like Braze CRM.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into compelling brand strategies.
- Excellent understanding of social media to drive engagement.
- Strong in analytical & media performance, with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize marketing performance data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Singapore market.
• Experience in managing agencies or background in digital media
• Experience in working with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and product professionals.
