Job Description

  • Support the sales compensation needs of the Consumer and Enterprise Business Groups
  • Lead and manage a team of Finance Executives and offshore partner to implement and manage sales commission plans
  • Drive and support system implementation for changes to commission plans, eg annual commission scheme and adhoc changes
  • Work with various teams to provide assistance on sales incentive compensation administration and execution
  • Provide financial analysis of key business drivers, financial reporting and support to sales team for business decisions
  • Manage and execute ad hoc projects
     

Qualifications

  • Appropriate qualification in Accounting/ Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of finance/ accounting, sales compensation or operations experiences
  • Ability to interact with various teams and levels, including Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Finance and IT stakeholders
  • Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesise information and data from a variety of sources
  • Agile and well-organised with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to apply sound judgement to solve problems and make defensible recommendations
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in RPA tools, eg UiPath
