Job Description
- Support the sales compensation needs of the Consumer and Enterprise Business Groups
- Lead and manage a team of Finance Executives and offshore partner to implement and manage sales commission plans
- Drive and support system implementation for changes to commission plans, eg annual commission scheme and adhoc changes
- Work with various teams to provide assistance on sales incentive compensation administration and execution
- Provide financial analysis of key business drivers, financial reporting and support to sales team for business decisions
- Manage and execute ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Appropriate qualification in Accounting/ Business Administration
- At least 5 years of finance/ accounting, sales compensation or operations experiences
- Ability to interact with various teams and levels, including Senior Leadership Team, Sales, Finance and IT stakeholders
- Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesise information and data from a variety of sources
- Agile and well-organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to apply sound judgement to solve problems and make defensible recommendations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in RPA tools, eg UiPath
