Job Description
We are seeking an Accountant/Senior Accountant to join our finance team, assisting the Assistant Finance Manager with a focus on contract management and settlement processes. The ideal candidate will support in updating contracts, ensuring accuracy, and executing settlement processes efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in financial management systems.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Update and maintain contracts within the SAP environment
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather contract-related information, amendments, and updates
• Execute settlement processes within the SAP environment, reconciling financial data and ensuring accurate transactions
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure consistency and adherence to business requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and network operations, to resolve contract-related issues and inquiries
• Prepare month-end journals
• Provide support to offshore team
• Other ad-hoc tasks as when required
Qualifications
• Finance and Accounting knowledge is a must
• Strong understanding of contract terms, legal implications, and financial principles
• Preferably proficient in ERP software (such as SAP), Excel, SQL, RPA skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract data and financial information.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
