Job Description
Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering consultative sales across StarHub’s enterprise telco solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Drive new account growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Proactively engage clients, identify needs, and deliver value-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet sales targets (revenue, order book) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and account records.
- Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction (NPS, KPIs).
- Handle escalations effectively and uphold service quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma qualification; Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management.
- Prior exposure to Enterprise or Commercial B2B clients is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Technology services will be an added advantage.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
