Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Serves as a primary point of contact for all client account matters.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships and develop trusted advisor relationships with key executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Holds ownership of bigger sized portfolio revenue and account matrix.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of new opportunities, present, negotiate and close to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional internal departments to ensure that clients requirements are understood and met.
- Ensure timely and successful presentation of client-focused solutions based on clients’ requirements and objectives.
- Track and analyze usage data for account reviews.
- Assist with challenging client request or issue escalation as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with preference for technology related discipline and minimum 7 years experience in solutions selling.
- Experience in managing large enterprise or hospitality sector accounts is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of telco & system integrator environment will be preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record.
- Excellent analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skill.
- Results-oriented with strong customer focus, takes rejection as a personal challenge to success when given opportunity.
