AVP, Indirect Sales

Job Description
Manage sales across all Consumer Indirect channels. This includes:
- Developing channel strategy for all consumer products
- Managing external sales partners (i.e. exclusive partners, door to door sales agencies, prepaid resellers and distributors)
- Developing new sales partners/ channel to support evolving business needs
- Delivering offline acquisition and retention targets
- Developing and executing cross and upsell initiatives
- Managing internal stakeholders and reporting
- Managing OPEX
- Managing staff engagement and performance
- Managing customer experience and sales related NPS of the respective channels
Qualifications
- Degree in management, marketing, economics or a closely related field
- Min 10 years of work experience in FMCG, telco/ TV or fixed operator
- FMCG/ Telco sales and marketing experience
- Management experience for at least 5 years
- Experience managing P&L
- Significant experience in project monitoring and reporting
