Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President to lead the Pricing, Business Planning and Performance team. The successful candidate will lead the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plans for the Consumer Business Group. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong analytical mindset, excellent strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.


  • Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive and disruptive strategy for pricing, planning and performance management to support the vision and business growth for all consumer lines of business including mobile, broadband and entertainment.
  • Spearhead annual strategic & operating plan (AOP) by partnering with executive and senior leadership to identify priorities, define OKRs and partner with delivery directors to support their operationalization.
  • Champion the use of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, price elasticity and conjoint analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead financial due-diligence and analysis of key initiatives; build business cases, financial models, define OKRs, scorecard and track product and segment performance against strategic and tactical programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and threats. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on pricing strategies and performance against targets and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with the consumer leadership team to define long and short-term goals, priorities, and establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with finance and other relevant teams to monitor and report on budget and pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains, and implementing pricing adjustments as needed to optimize financial outcomes.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, business analytics, pricing or related roles, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer services industry.
  • Proven leadership track record in enabling teams to deliver results.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong proficiency in applying pricing and strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with financial modelling
