Job Description
Manage the product lifecycle of existing and new products for wholesale broadband products under Access Network Services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide product requirements and service specifications to internal technical teams such as IS/BSS/OSS to ensure all systems are set up properly
- Engage external vendors/partners/service providers to support service solutions
- Manage overall timeline and milestone achievements for all the projects under Access Network Services
- Facilitate discussions with non-technical stakeholders and support functions (such as Finance Billing, Customer Experience, Legal, Regulatory, Risk Management etc.) to ensure a smooth end-to-end process for the required products/services
- Documentation for product specifications and relevant processes
- Hands-on for designing UAT scenarios and conducting UAT in the systems
- Gather customer requirements and manage customer expectations
- Provide sales support to wholesale customers such as quotation and PR/PO etc.
- Work closely with Business Support team under Access Network Services to provide a seamless experience to the wholesale customers who are onboarded to our systems
Qualifications
- Degree holder from a recognized institution with at least 8-12 years of relevant experience preferably in the Telecoms/ICT industries
- Product management experience is a must
- Good understanding of retail/wholesale broadband product is a strong bonus
- Ideally someone with both technical background and good business acumen
- Fast learner, can understand and self-learn very complex product concepts and technical solutions based on product specification documents
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal guidance in a demanding, fast pace and competitive environment
- A strong team player who can collaborate well with the rest of the team
