Job Description

The successful candidate will play a part in starhub.com’s GTM web operations, enhancements/optimizations of user journeys, experience, and transformation tasks/activities on the website, with the goal of increasing digital conversions. He/she will have to work across varying levels of business leaders and departments to deliver projects that attain business goals under aggressive deadlines.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate website transformation projects, perform content management, support the launch of new products and campaigns, working closely with stakeholders
  • Govern and uphold the library of corporate brand guidelines, practices, and processes
  • Identify key initiatives and campaigns to test, track, measure, and optimize
  • Continuous effort to improve the efficiency of web functions and operational processes
  • Stay up-to-date with digital and strategic marketing trends, advise stakeholders accordingly to align with business goals with proposed adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advocate best practices and achieve business goals
  • Conducts complete and effective troubleshooting in UAT (user acceptance test)
  • Improve organic search rank through the upkeep of SEO (search engine optimization) and SERPs (search engine results pages)
  • Assist and support in ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • A degree in information and communication technology, information technology, mass communications, or a related field will be appropriate
  • Technical aptitude, critical thinking abilities, and adaptability
  • Thorough knowledge of prevailing and emerging digital trends and technologies
  • Strong grasp of information architecture, web and user experience best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to handle the workload and set work priorities independently
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities
  • Solution-oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter
  • Understanding of the disciplines required to drive web traffic and online conversion
  • Software skills include: 
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Miro, Jira
    • Adobe Experience Cloud, prior experience with Adobe Experience Manager, A/B testing tools, and Analytics would be a significant plus
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
    • Knowledge/understanding of backend web development is a plus
    • Microsoft Office
