Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations, configure platform features, test and maintain application releases
• Support internal and external stakeholders in various dependencies relating to new change requests and existing technical and user issues
• Analyse business requirements, test plan, capture test scenarios and write test cases for end to end functional tests
• Maintain application configurations for various platforms such as mobile/web/Smart Tv etc
• Drive and contribute towards technical engagements with vendor to evaluate, verify, test and accept end-to-end OTT application features
• Provide Tier 3 support to escalated customer issues and perform standby duties on rotational basis
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with experiences or interest in software support, app development/ testing
• Knowledge and experiences in Web applications, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API integrations, postman etc will be advantageous
• Able to perform API integration testing, analyse logs and troubleshoot
• Familiarity with web servers, database, cloud-based infrastructure etc
• Willing to perform rotating standby duties including weekends and public holiday periods
