Position Description

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to help our customers and us with digital transformation projects. The ServiceNow Developer will play a crucial role in the customization and optimization of ServiceNow applications to align with business processes and requirements. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience and technical expertise to ensure the ServiceNow implementation effectively meets organizational objectives and adheres to enterprise standards and best practices.
 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customize ServiceNow Applications:
   • Tailor ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules to meet business requirements.
2. Develop and Optimize Scripts:
   • Write, test, and debug scripts to enhance the functionality and/or performance of the ServiceNow platform.
3. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:
   • Diagnose and fix issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications.
4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
   • Work closely with other IT teams, including the ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
5. Ensure Alignment with Business Goals:
   • Ensure that the ServiceNow system is aligned with organizational business processes and goals.
   • Continuously assess and enhance the ServiceNow system for optimal performance and functionality.

Skills Experience and Key Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, and relevant scripting languages.
• In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with the implementation and support of ServiceNow modules.
• Two or more years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting modules.
• Two or more years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development.
• Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools.
• Must have a ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
• Hands-on development and customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform.
• Good communication skills and adaptable to change.
