Job Description

• Define User Experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create customer epics and user stories to improve product experience and content consumption experience
• Engage cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product roll out
• Stay updated with latest industry developments, evaluate new technologies and analyse market competitors to ensure competitive edge.
• Conduct UAT testing, coordinate and support Product Trial testing with internal stakeholders
• Maintain product performance and manage bug fix plans, operational issues to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support content and marketing teams to help surface and present most relevant content
• Prepare product documentations and process flows, conduct product trainings and support product launch activities with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or any related discipline.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in telecommunications, info communications or any related media industry, with knowledge of and experience in the product development lifecycle.
• TV and video distribution platform technology (MPEG, ABR, DASH/HLS protocol, )
• Understanding of Application development language and associated tools (HTML, Javascript, Android, etc..)
•  Strong project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Team player who can collaborate with cross functional teams
