Job Purpose

You will drive Process Improvement and Business Efficiency and will be responsible for optimizing and operationalizing Consumer Business Division (CBG) functions, goals and objectives, as well as improving the financial effectiveness of the organization. You will need to have a strong understanding of business processes and will recommend process changes to optimize performance.



- Develops the strategy, roadmap, and execution agenda for Process modernization for the CBG function to ensure alignment with overall CBG Transformation program
- Responsible for ensuring efficiency in processes related to product life cycle and product operations through streamlining and ensuring alignment with cross functional departments.
- Drive process automation with the CBG division, working on new core and digital capabilities rolled out and ensuring how it translates to revision in existing processes or development of new processes.
- Developing new models for process efficiency to deliver faster time to market for CBG products and services
- Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through leadership of the process improvement team. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Leads the design and execution of complex business reengineering initiatives including detailed program planning, change management, and effective governance
- Provides oversight over key programs to ensure successful business transformation and re-engineering outcomes with minimal impact to core business operations.
- Continuous learning and refining processes ongoing to drive modernization
- Champion the drive to remove impediments in process modernization
- Work together with larger Starhub organization wide process champions to create effective cross-functional outcomes
- Plan and manage the process review and realignment in CBG driving efficiency in costs
- Identify opportunities for process documentation and alignment to ensure easy reference and avoidance of duplication
- Align processes with Agile strategy to ensure simplification
- Define the strategy for efficiency in automation of process development and testing
- Foster self-organization and growth within the team. Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other
- Engage within multiple teams to sync process development
- Partners with Product Planning/Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Product/Business owners to manage the end-to-end Process design for new capabilities introduced
- Manage vendor and vendor contract and SLAs for resources



- Degree in business management, IT software or related field with at least 10 years of related experience, minimum 5 years in managerial position or leading major business process engineering initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in opportunity analysis, business case development, implementation and change management required.
- Candidate with consulting experience will have an advantage
- Experience in working with Agile practices, leading agile projects as project led processes implementation preferred
- Deep understanding of lean principles.
- Experience in creating value and outcome based operating models
- Possesses analytics and measurement knowledge required to define reporting needs, interpret data and translate into actionable insights
- Lean Six Sigma certification required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to share complex messages and teach new concepts at various levels
