Would you like to work with alongside a HR team that thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done?  StarHub is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, who can think and work strategically whilst also being comfortable getting into the details and execute, to drive our people agenda across an assigned portfolio to achieve business goals. 
 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build relationships with business and functional leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Recommend solutions and provide action plans aligned to business/organization’s objectives
  • Guide and implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, salary review, performance management and talent development 
  • Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
  • Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements 
  • Partner with the extended HR team to bring in HR functional specialists in Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development as appropriate 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree with at least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience and have worked with Business Leaders 
  • A hands-on contributor, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer-focused attitude 
  • Resilient individual with a drive to succeed, is proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Posses strong business knowledge and strategic mindset with an analytical rigor on people metrics to support business strategy
  • Team player who actively contributes to positive team spirit
  • Polished written and communication skills
