Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Rewards to join our dynamic Customer Lifecycle Department team in providing value to our customers through a better understanding of their unique lifestyles and preferences. 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Manage Loyalty Marketing Digital Projects
  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive higher customer engagement and retention 
  • Manage and implement projects/systems enhancements to meet business/customers’ needs
  • Source for new partnership collaboration for telco business acquisition and retention 
  • Perform day-to-day operations, admin and system support, such as collaterals preparation and liaise with merchants/partners.
  • Prepare reports for tracking the effectiveness of partners promotion
  • Provide analysis of all collaboration and propose improvement for take-ups
  • Execute and prioritize developmental roadmap based on commercial benefits/value.
  • Develop business requirements and review solutions to develop/enhance our loyalty Programme
  • Work closely with business and IT vendors on project timelines and activities
  • Loyalty Performance Analytics as well as closely monitoring on competitor analytics for benchmarking
  • Budget tracking to optimize loyalty performance outcome. 


  • Degree in E-commerce/Business/Marketing preferred with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in rewards, loyalty marketing and partnerships. 
  • A track record of securing and managing an affiliate partnership network and working with lifestyle brands. 
  • Articulated with strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across different levels
  • Possesses project management skillset and self-driven individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and ensure timeline is met. 
  • Experience in telco is an added advantage.
  • Good IT skills with understanding of E-Commerce trends.
  • Preferably possesses experience in data reporting and analytics.
