Senior Executive, Training (12 months contract)

Job Description
1. Develop employees’ skill through education and training.
2. Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
3. Provide training as a mentor to gives employees the confidence to work on their own.
4. Improve employee retention, future-readiness, better employee performance and better service and product delivery.
5. Understand the divisional climate thru data analytics from employee surveys/dipsticks and curate improvement plans and strategies to further increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
6. Formulate and maintain employee training and incentive budget.
7. Perform sales performance review/audit and recommendation of coaching plan.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Min 2 years of work experience in Corporate/Commercial Training, Staff Communications and Project Coordination
• Enjoy building relationships and engaging with people
• Telco, Retail or Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and oratorical skills to motivate and drive energy
• Tech-savvy and willing to embrace new technology
• ACLP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Administrative skills to manage training programs
• Creative Thinking, Mind Mapping and Future Planning
• Coaching and Team Building
• Reporting and Data analysis
