Responsibilities

The StarHub Digital team is looking for a Senior Executive to support the StarHub Community and Engagement operation. 

In this role, you will be part of the Digital Service team responsible for the StarHub Community and the Superusers programme. You will collaborate with business teams, partners, vendors and delivery team to maximize the value of the digital channels through engagement programme. Enhance the StarHub Community channels, define the requirements and ensure the scope and product domains are understood by all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Community management and digital engagement
• Good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
• Must understand customer advocacy and gamification
• A strong team player who works well within cross functional team structure
• Good written and spoken English with a flair for writing (short article, guides, announcements, notification message)
