Job Description

  • Own and manage all of brand's social media channels and social media campaigns to build strong brand affinity and visibility
  • Plan and execute strategies relating to social media content working closely with stakeholders to identify suitable messages - sourcing, conceptualizing, writing and publishing social media content
  • Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on our strategic social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and continuously evaluate new channels such as TikTok, Twich, Stack Overflow etc.
  • Manage and organize the social editorial calendar while overseeing content (including copy, creative assets, publishing, and tracking)
  • Engage customers through Social Media, and track market and ground sentiments.
  • Propose new creative ideas to improve outreach. Track performance, analyze results, collect and share learnings to improve future social content marketing efforts
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Manage customer communication channels including eDMs, SMS and app notifications
  • Drive website/app traffic and acquire leads.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  • Handles internal campaign briefings 
  • Manages business policies and product FAQs


  • At least 2-3 years of digital Marketing experience
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, linkedIn  etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Experience working with Google Ads Manager Accounts and Facebook Business Manager
  • Ability to build and design Customer Journeys using insights from social channels
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for interactive media / marketing with strong working knowledge of the Internet – and an active user in social media a plus
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information in written/video format.
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead/guide team members when necessary (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management)
  • Tech-Savvy and able to demonstrate diligence and meticulous traits 
  • Have an agile mindset and willing to work flexibly within an agile environment
