Job Description

Purpose
Ensure smooth delivery and optimised performance of the indoor mobile network

Responsibility

⦁    Work closely with Consumer and Enterprise business units to provide advice on coverage design and technical requirements 
⦁    Provide 4G/5G technical design for indoor coverage implementation and conduct technical solution evaluation
⦁    Carry out In-building surveys and review proposals for 4G/5G rollout
⦁    Conduct 4G/5G parameter and network features' functionality tests
⦁    Perform indoor 4G/5G acceptance tests with vendors, and review acceptance test reports
⦁    Review 4G/5G performance and perform optimization and troubleshooting via network performance statistics
⦁    Investigate customer’s feedback and provide resolution 
⦁    Provide standby support for major large-scale events 
 

Qualifications

⦁    Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent
⦁    Relevant working experiences preferred although not required. 
⦁    Ability to work independently or with minimum guidance
⦁    Avid learner with keen interest in telecommunication technologies
