Job Description


• The Client Acquisition business in Enterprise Business Group focuses on whitespace accounts (new customers/logos) and accelerates our penetration in the Enterprise segment in Singapore through deep client understanding, strategic relationship network and strong value creation. 
• The Client Acquisition Manager is responsible for hunting into new markets and winning new logos. The candidate will be selling whole of StarHub enterprise solutions through direct coverage or partners to mid-market new accounts in Singapore. In addition, he/she will be responsible for expanding and growing existing accounts in the assigned territory. 



• The Client Acquisition Manager needs to understand the customer’s business, identify the business challenges and develop strong value propositions to help customer meet their business objectives across whole of StarHub enterprise solutions. He/she needs to identify influencers and decision makers within the enterprise customer’s organization, and to effectively engage across all levels in the customer’s organization including C-level executives on StarHub integrated enterprise solutions. 
• Upon qualifying an opportunity, he/she needs to develop a meticulous pursuit plan to progress the opportunity to closure. He/ She leads and drives sales focused activities, scope existing / new customer’s requirements and communicates the account opportunities, objectives, strategy and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Product, Pre / Post Sales.
• He/She proactively monitors market changes/needs, competitor landscape and feedback on important activities (e.g. technical developments, industry trends, new features and services etc.) to Product and Marketing teams. He/she also independently drives the end to end sales process, from meeting the customer to scoping the requirements to up sell / cross sell new and existing customers, preparing sales proposals, conducting presentations/proof of concepts, negotiating the contract till the closing of business with qualified customers. 
• The Client Acquisition Manager needs to be resourceful in gathering the right resources to meet business objectives, and able to prepare and deliver high impact sales presentation and needs to aggressively market and sell integrated StarHub Enterprise services with key focus on Telco and ICT solutions.



• Degree in Business Management / Information Technology or its related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in telecommunication or related IT industry.
• Excellent communications, team collaboration and analytical skills.
• A strong understanding of social selling, using tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success in driving new business sales, and ability to develop and manage a sales execution plan at an account and/or territory level.
• Preferred experience in solution selling like global managed network services, hybrid cloud, security and other related solutions with good understanding of the digital transformation of multinationals in Asia market.
