Job Description

The Mobile Specialist at StarHub engages enterprise customers, builds, identifies, drives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with customers by providing enterprise mobile solutions in according to customers’ mobility needs including voice and data connectivity. 

Understand customers’ business challenges and requirements and develop mobile solutions with strong value propositions to meet their business objectives through StarHub business mobility services.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Account Managers on mobile acquisition.
  • Analyze customer usages and propose optimized solutions according to their mobile requirements.
  • Involve in sales process, including cold calling, meeting customers, understanding the requirements, preparing mobile solutions, conducting presentations, negotiating the contract, till contract signing.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline with minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in mobile communication, with experience in opportunity and account leadership and a track record of successful sales in Enterprise Mobility or related solutions
  • Independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skill
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus
