Job Description
The Sales Operations Executive supports day to day operations pertaining to all new orders, liaising both externally & internally on orders.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- End-end fulfilment of Orders: Order processing according to the agreed SLA. Includes updating ETAs, arrangement of deliveries, coordination with services team, sending out e-licenses, billing, etc.
- Act as the key link in communication with our customers for enquiries on their orders.
- Work closely with other functions like Procurement, Finance, Sales, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and build good relationships with suppliers and customers to fulfil their requirements through prompt response via email/phone
- Perform billing
- Assist with Customers’ RMA requests, when required
- Reports for Partners, backlog, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Skills, Experience and Key Requirements
- Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or in relevant fields
- Related working experience in a similar position especially in supply chain operations, processing, and documentation flows
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timeline
- Willing to work as a team and share responsibilities where needed
- Able to handle day to day tasks with No or little supervision
- Demonstrate adaptability with desire to learn new technical and non-technical skills
- Self-motivated and positive
