Job Description

 

As a Sales Director for Enterprise Business Group in the Mid Market (MM) segment, you will manage a team of client acquisition managers to build a team that achieves strategic objectives. You will work cross-functionally with internals stakeholders across Sales, Product, Delivery, Solutions, Pricing, Legal and Marketing to optimize the customer experience and business growth for the MM segment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute territory sales plans for assigned territory and then meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities in new and existing accounts
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Build talent pipeline; coach, train and motivate and grow sales staff
  • Plan and direct sales staff activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements, partnering with them to obtain positive results

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful experience leading a team of at least five quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives
  • Ability to coordinate and work cross-functionally internally with internal constituencies, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales Operations
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
  • Dedicated professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers
