Job Description
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end evaluation, design, creation and delivery of internal and external processes aimed to improve overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Designs and influences processes of new and upcoming projects, campaigns to be used by internal and external customers.
- Determines systems and process enhancements that result in decreased costs, increased customer satisfaction, and overall process efficiency improvements.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders in optimizing and redesigning processes used to streamline workflows, speed up product delivery and improves customer experience.
- Reviews documented customer-impacting processes of existing products/services and drives the rapid delivery of targeted solutions to process transformation opportunities.
- Maintains and updates all process-related documents for reference purposes.
Qualifications
- Six Sigma certified preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in a process improvement role or its equivalent
- Has been part of successful implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Detail oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and able to plan and execute
- Passionate in customer experience
