Job Description

StarHub Enterprise Business Group is looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to join its small and medium enterprise division. The SME division at StarHub is on a mission to unlock the growth potential of SMEs in Singapore by helping them digitally transform their businesses.

Reporting to the Head of SME Marketing at StarHub, this role works closely with StarHub corporate branding organization and SME product & solutions team to establish a strong and differentiated brand identity for StarHub and its solutions for SMEs.

If you have a strong integrated marketing experience, especially with technology solutions for small & medium businesses, you would be a great fit for this role

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive integrated marketing programs for StarHub SME solutions portfolio and deliver brand differentiation that cuts through a highly competitive SME market.
  • A good storyteller to develop brand positioning message that can string across the suite of telco and ICT solutions that best convey our key value proposition.
  • Plan and coordinate communication programs that helps to build and communicate our product narratives and values to SME business owners and key decision makers.
  • Partner closely with product and sales team to identify key verticals within the SME segments and their needs to build highly relevant acquisition programs
  • Develop high velocity demand gen campaigns (with emphasize on digital) to create awareness for our suite of SME solutions with the purpose of maximizing lead gen for sales closure.
  • Identify key partners and publishers to collaborate with to penetrate key industry verticals/SME profiles.

Qualifications

  • Degree with at least 5-8 years of B2B integrated marketing experience. Exposure to SME segment preferred
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in building and executing brand marketing, communication & positioning strategies
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with product and sales departments
  • Experience leading and managing relationships with partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Performance and data driven with the ability to convert insights into actions
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to and influence business leaders and key stakeholders
