Job Description

  • Manage our official social media handles (StarHub and StarHub Home of Sports) on a daily-basis, and elevate our evergreen contents based on our team missions, handle strategies, and OKRs.
  • Partner with Marcoms, Content Marketing and Corp Comms teams across StarHub to help develop programs that deliver intended business results.
  • Engage and lead social media agencies to build effective social media campaigns for key products and campaigns targeted at users and creators, with clear strategy to deliver optimal creativity and innovation.
  • Track and quantify social impact on business goals.
  • Track social media performance indicators to monitor the health of the brand across the social landscape
  • Work closely to put in place round-the-clock social listening/monitoring workflows and processes, proactive and reactive escalation and management of user sentiment across social platforms.
  • Review media performance across all media buys and works with media agency to help optimize​
  • Review media reports, analysis and recommendations and provides inputs to all LoBs​
  • Manage all media billings, invoices, reports and internal finance processes
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Work with a creative and media agency to plan, execute and optimise tactical and always-on paid media campaigns driving end-to-end store purchases and generating leads for assisted sales
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and related field or equivalent experience.
  • You have 7-10 years experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Have solid expertise in social media platforms and tools including Sprinklr, Emplifi etc.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills to leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends and drive actionable insights & recommendations for social media.
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
  • Unique balance of disciplined strategic thinking, creative passion, and a willingness to be hands-on, while being able to go the extra mile to ensure goals are being hit are required.
  • Basic understanding of Adtech tools
