Job Description

  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets as established
  • Provide accurate quotation to customers
  • Maintain the bulk tender general mailbox and response to customers on all queries of all the bulk tenders responsively
  • Liaise with agencies on the queries of contractual period/termination/Recontract Quotation/Relocation/Upgrade-Downgrade.
  • Be the single point of contact for bulk tender and liase with internal stakeholders to ensure that the case is closed
  • Liaise with different internal departments to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of billing and reporting.
  • Liaise with customers in the event of a billing dispute and work with internal stakeholders to close the case.
  • Ensure that the payment of administrative fee for bulk tender is accurate and on time
  • Do daily Outbound calls to prospect or target customers according to Marketing campaigns
  • Lead generation from Sales Enquiries from Business Mailbox and 1800 Sales Hotline
  • Direct cross sales or upsell Starhub mobile service to GEH exisitng customers


Qualifications & Interpersonal


  • At least 3 years of sales experience in an IT/ Telco company managing corporate customers will have an added advantage
  • Prior experience working with government agencies would be an asset
  • Prior experience in conducting business in the commercial industry are preferred
  • Diploma with min. 3 years working experience  



  • Independent, mature and self-driven
  • Self-confident, willingness to work as a team in sharing
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Results-oriented with strong customer focus driven
  • Able to demonstrate diligence and meticulous traits
