Job Description

To protect the profit margin of the project and reputation of StarHub by ensuring that all the contractual and commercial risks are picked up in real time and the project strategies, processes, templates, meetings, delays, contract changes, contract obligations and documents are managed and mitigated in real time through the mechanisms agreed in the contract and in law.



  • Manage 10-20 customer contracts in the warranty/ maintenance phase of the projects to ensure that the TCV and the commercial profit margins are maintained in accordance with management approval.
  • Ensure all contract obligations are met and signed as agreed in the customer contracts eg billing, SLA service credits, reports, meeting minutes, terminations
  • Manage the corresponding 3rd party vendors and supply contracts (especially drafting and managing the associated contract documentation) to ensure that the vendors and suppliers always meet their contract obligations, and the 3rd party contracts are always back-to-back with the 10-20 customer contracts
  • Manage the commercial relationship with the 10-20 customers and identify and obtain any future upsells
  • Draft, negotiate and manage the customer contract renewals (inclusive of 3rd party back-to-back vendor/ supply contracts) and contract variations


  • Degree with preferably at least 7 years of experience as a telco/ ICT project manager with very strong contract management knowledge and drafting skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to adapt to highly dynamic environment
