Job Description

You will lead our Marketing Communications team, being responsible for crafting the communication strategy, communication, and creative concepts cross different LOBs to secure that StarHub has a consistent and differentiated impact on the market. You will drive and implement the annual marketing ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, be responsible for the marketing budget and analyse the market trends and competitors. You are the driver throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, follow up, KPIs and optimization process.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital, Customer Life Cycle, Online, UX, CS, Web Analytics, Brand, Insight and external partners and agencies. You will also be responsible for brand engagement and conversations, media planning, optimization, effectiveness, and reporting.

You have a passion for communication and advertising, can simplify the complex, are driven by insights, customer obsessed, constantly improving the way we work and deliver to the market ina a future proofed way. To fit the bill, you have worked as a Senior Manager within Marketing, a record of creating and implementing communications strategies, concepts and streamlined campaigns in a fast pace market. You have an excellent understanding of communication and media effectiveness – from planning and design to deployment. Leading complex projects is something that excites you and you excel in building strong customer relationships.

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and Communications with focus on improving Brand Perception and Sales.
  • Experience in creating communication strategies and creative concepts
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Analyse customer behaviour and determine customer personas
  • Track record of agile working and quickly pivot and react to new trends and opportunities
  • Media planning and optimization of campaigns
  • Leading a team of five people or more
