Would you like to work with alongside a HR team that thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done?  StarHub is looking for a HRIS Manager, who can think and work strategically whilst also being comfortable getting into the details and execute, to drive our HR digitalisation journey.

 

What can a successful candidate look forward to?

  • Being the trusted advisor and change agent in envisioning StarHub’s HR technology roadmap on process improvement opportunities and feasibility of implementation through automation.
  • Partners with key stakeholders including HR, IT and other relevant parties on requirements in driving automation, process efficiency and enhanced end-user experience.
  • Plans and drives PeopleSoft/SuccessFactors activities including prioritization of change requests and enhancements.
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system/process, such as developing user procedures, guidelines, process flow documentation and train users on new processes/functionalities.
  • Performs systems related tasks to support the annual HR activities e.g. supporting the variable payment cycle, annual salary reviews, performance management cycle etc.
  • Maintains and supports a variety of reports for the provision of statistics for Annual Sustainability Report, internal reporting and other external surveys.
  • Supports ad hoc projects and initiatives involving HR Systems.

Qualifications

 

What are we looking for?

  • Degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in HRIS
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and proficient with PeopleSoft and/or SuccessFactors
  • Strong HR domain knowledge with prior digitalization experience
  • Basic knowledge of RPA & Digital Adoption Technology would be a plus
  • A hands-on contributor, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer-focused attitude
  • Resilient individual with a drive to succeed, is proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit
