Job Description

StarHub Enterprise Business Group is looking for a GTM and Partnerships leader to join its small and medium enterprise division. The SME division at StarHub is on a mission to unlock the growth potential of SMEs in Singapore by helping them digitally transform their businesses. Reporting to the Head of SME business at StarHub and leading a team of GTM specialists, this role works closely with the product team and various sales engines to acquire and delight SME customers via marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships and sales channel enablement.


If you are a strong Integrated marketing leader with cross-functional experience in sales/partnerships/ business development roles, this would be an excellent opportunity for you to explore. Familiarity with Telco or Technology industry and a strong understanding of Singapore SME landscape will be a huge plus.

Core Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing: Work with the product organization to develop end-to-end GTM programs (promotions, channels, marketing) for StarHubs core products (Mobile, Fixed and Telephony)
  • Solutions Marketing: Build and execute the GTM strategy for horizontal and vertical product solutions that helps SMEs transform their business
  • Brand Marketing: Shape up and own StarHubs SME brand identity, demonstrate empathy and drive thought leadership programs
  • Partner program management: Plan and integrate offers, incentives and bundles across all key sales channels (digital, channel partners, inside sales etc.)
  • Partnerships: Explore partnership opportunities with government associations, strategic acquisition partners and Technology partners to expand reach and accelerate market and mind share growth


  • Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships in a business development/ sales role, preferably in the technology or SME sector
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a B2B/ SME marketing role leading performance driven integrated marketing initiatives
  • Experience in evaluating business opportunities, presenting business cases with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset
  • Experience working in SME segment and knowledge of small business challenges, solution and product ecosystems that supports SMEs in Singapore
  • Strong leadership experience, including building and managing high performing teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in driving cross functional programs and executive engagement
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, technology or business management
