Responsibilities

Debt Recovery

• Liaise with Debt Collection Agencies and Law firms to resolve and negotiate payment related issues with customers
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on Debt Collection Agencies and Law firm activities and outcomes
• Validate Debt Collection Agencies and Law firm billing and commission computation to ensure timely payments to them
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, develop and implement new strategies to recover debts

Fraud Management

• Monitor accounts and transactions for unusual or suspicious activities that suggest fraudulent behaviour
• Collect evidences and document the findings for regulatory compliance and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement fraud detection measures
• Improve SOPs and develop rational tactics that address payment issues while safeguarding against fraud
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging fraud techniques

Qualifications

• Appropriate qualification in Finance, Statistics, Law enforcement, regulatory compliance, or related fields and experiences
• At least 2 years of work experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experiences with credit management or fraud detection software will be advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and mitigate risks from multiple sources
• Good communication and written skills
• Proactive, resilient, with an eye for detail
• Strong sense of ethics and integrity to hande sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
