Job Description


1.    Provide business support to the Product and procurement team
2.    Manual GR process for monthly invoice payments to vendors and suppliers
3.    Ensure payments are initiated by AP Finance after GR is done


1.    To provide end-to-end business support for business continuity
2.    To raise Purchase Requests for International Business and monitor usage to ensure Blanket Purchase Orders are replenished before depletion (Simple SAP usage is required)
3.    To perform Goods Receipt to facilitate payment to vendors and respond to vendor payment enquiries.
4.    To support department systems including project portfolio, contracts management and quality systems.
5.    To advise internal stakeholders on policies and procedures including compliance with financial and corporate governance requirements.
6.    Any other Ad-hoc activities requested by the department.


⦁    Diploma in Business or Marketing Management/ 'A' level
⦁    Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience
⦁    Proficient in Advanced Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc)
⦁    Self-motivated, results-oriented and have high emotional quotient (EQ).
⦁    Highly organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
⦁    Independent, resourceful and outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
