Job Description

  • Achieving high quality pursuits by leading account teams through pre-bid qualification and technical, political and organizational complexity.
  • Analyses of customer business requirements, motivators and needs
  • Ability to think strategically and derive differentiators from StarHub's capabilities
  • Working with cross functional teams to achieve success and adhere to deadlines
  • Coach and lead team participants to help them deliver higher quality results


  • 6 + years of experience in strategic sales, proposal development, or bid management.
  • Experience working as a bid or capture manager with recent wins preferred.
  • Ability to lead and moderate various meetings and workshops.
  • Problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking when faced with problems.
  • Attention to details and high standards of quality.
  • Certifications in Bid & Proposal Management, such as Shipley or APMP a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
