Job Description
- Achieving high quality pursuits by leading account teams through pre-bid qualification and technical, political and organizational complexity.
- Analyses of customer business requirements, motivators and needs
- Ability to think strategically and derive differentiators from StarHub's capabilities
- Working with cross functional teams to achieve success and adhere to deadlines
- Coach and lead team participants to help them deliver higher quality results
Qualifications
- 6 + years of experience in strategic sales, proposal development, or bid management.
- Experience working as a bid or capture manager with recent wins preferred.
- Ability to lead and moderate various meetings and workshops.
- Problem solver with out-of-the-box thinking when faced with problems.
- Attention to details and high standards of quality.
- Certifications in Bid & Proposal Management, such as Shipley or APMP a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
