Job Description

 

The candidate will lead the QA team to develop quality strategy that addresses all phases of application development, as well as governance frameworks for managing quality and test automation.

He/She will ensure that our IT Partner has quality management policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards. He/She will review and approve the recommended solutions by the IT Partner to resolve quality lapses for SH systems.

 

Responsibilities
• Develop quality strategies and governance framework for managing quality and test automation
• Ensure IT Partner complies with quality management policies and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards
• Develop roadmaps for the implementation of Agile methodologies and practices in a quality testing function.
• Formulate the approach to review and enhance organisational quality standards
• Approve new solutions, best practices, design approaches and technologies in quality management
• Define reports to provide overall view of testing progress for each upcoming release
• Drive and endorse improvements to optimise quality and quality assurance testing processes by IT Partner
• Review operational strategies, policies and targets across teams and projects
• Oversee the quality team to manage performance of IT Partner in AD testing process

Requirements

• Degree in IT / Engineering related field with at least 15 years of working experience in area of IT quality / testing and 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Is resilient and able to adapt well in highly dynamic environment
