Job Purpose

StarHub Enterprise Business Group (EBG) is undergoing a digital transformation in the way we interact with customers. Candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and operationalization of EBG’s Digital Strategy to enable customers to discover, buy, provision and manage their services online.

 

Responsibilities
•    Create and drive the EBG digital-native, scaled customer experience and growth strategy in collaboration with EBG leadership and business functions.
•    Provide a strong and critical voice for external and internal users, and good design, owning the end-to-end user experience and digital business outcomes for the EBG.
•    Conduct digital landscape research and opportunity analysis (for example, on customer engagement, or service operations) to explore, develop and assess priorities.
•    Co-create and execute new digital-first service strategies, value propositions, commercial models, partnership opportunities to build scale and uplift revenue.
•    Maintain and prioritise the backlog and development roadmap for the EBG StarHub Business Manager App and My Business Account web portal – functional and UI/UX requirements – to increase adaption of digital services with enterprise customers.
•    Develop EBG’s e-commerce capability to expand the portfolio of services available for enterprise customers to transact across the customer life-cycle (add, change, disconnect) online.
•    Define the framework for basic digital hygiene factors to be implemented across EBG.
•    Align with other StarHub divisions to ensure consistency of branding and corporate messaging. Work closely with the StarHub Digital team to ensure the EBG design system is kept updated and consistent in StarHub design elements
•    Ensure consistency, dependencies from App and Web Portal are aligned with and across the other StarHub divisions.
•    Provide requirements to StarHub Information Systems Division to ensure their development and operations support the EBG Digital strategy. 

Requirements

 

•    Degree in related field with more than 10 years of working experience in a B2B Digital Lead role, preferably in the IT, Software or Telco industry. 
•    Experience in delivering IT transformation projects is desirable, especially where these are for BSS solutions in a telco environment.
•    Experience in maintaining and running division level products is required
•    Familiar with Agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe) and design thinking. Professional Scrum and/or SAFe certification preferred.
•    Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment
•    Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders
•    Proficient on MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
•    Attention to detail is a must, coupled with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do” attitude.
