Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Product Operations for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to join our Product Planning & Operations function. The Assistant Manager, Product Operations provides business critical insights using analytics, guides product priorities, and ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution. He/she works directly with the Product Operations Team Lead on our product strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

•    Support core product planning processes, including prioritisation, quarterly planning, budgeting, business reviews and executive updates. 
•    Own and support regular communications and collaboration in the product team.
•    Product life cycle process audit, improvement, and documentation.  
•    Collect & communicate qualitative and quantitative data from within and outside the product team
•    Support the formulation of strategy, key results and product priorities based on customer and market data.
•    Assist in framing up business issues and customer pain points into actionable insights.
•    Work with Product leaders and other stakeholders to analyse market data, competition, and opportunities
•    Support the product teams with defining and pursuing their priorities, objectives, and key results (OKR).
•    Synthesize and communicate customer, segment, and overall sales and market trends.
•    Assist with resourcing assessments, business, and operating model recommendations.
•    Support the Sr Product Manager and Product Ops with establishing a cadence and culture around best practices.

•    You have a good grasp customer journey; process documentation and you have some experience in project management.  
•    Passionate about analysing issues, devising new and creative solutions to problems, as well as encouraging innovation within the team.
•    You enjoy putting things together, uncovering new insights, and connecting activities to outcomes.
•    Comfortable with large data sets and complex spreadsheets. 
•    Ability to work with ambiguity, incomplete data and make things happen.
•    Results-driven, and detail-oriented. High degree of self-initiative.

Qualifications

•    3-5 years of experience in Project Managements, Process Improvement. Customer journey, Business Operations. 
•    Degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or a diploma with equivalent experience.
•    Experience in an ICT, System Integrator or telecommunications environment preferred. 
•    Excellent customer engagement and relationship 
•    High Energy & Team player
