Job Description
⦁ Be the brand advocate and influence marketing teams to live the brand through their activities.
⦁ Support the business in their go-to-market plans by developing effective, integrated communications with clear and compelling messages built on customer's insights.
⦁ Supports and contributes to the overall business revenue, driving recontracts, gross adds and stickiness of add-on services.
⦁ Develop marketing communications across various channels consistent with the brand guidelines and create content that are relevant to the target audience.
⦁ Develop and implement marketing campaigns that are effective, memorable and resonate with our target audience.
⦁ Good knowledge of deploying various marketing channel mix and digital targeting tactics to drive successful campaigns and ensuring the communications are consistent with the brand guidelines.
⦁ Manages agencies to drive performance, budgeting and ensuring the successful completion of the campaigns within deadlines.
⦁ Measure and report performance of all marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs).
⦁ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key challenges.
⦁ Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration.
⦁ Preferably 4-5 years of proven experience managing large scale advertising campaigns across all aspects of the marketing mix.
⦁ Experience in managing agencies and media partners including performance management, budgeting and deadlines.
⦁ Strong conceptualisation and analytical skills with a good understanding and application of digital marketing.
⦁ Good presentation skills and able to effectively communicate, present and connect with both internal and external stakeholders.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to synthesize business unit objectives with consumers/competitive/industry insights, to develop marketing campaigns that create brand awareness and consideration and drive business KPI (new subscribers/ retention).
⦁ Able to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
⦁ Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
