The Assistant Manager will join our International Business and Wholesale team to manage Global Connectivity product. The role will include complete lifecycle Management of products and associated services including the opportunity to develop new partnerships within the connectivity product area with partner carriers. 

  • Manage Profit & Loss of International Business solutions (GVPN, Global SD-WAN and Global Internet).
  • Provide and to source for end-to-end customer solutions by working closely with International providers to support sales team in aggressive customer acquisition activities
  • Develop and manage new International initiatives/services, partner engagements, end-to-end processes.
  • Initiating and analyzing the market research and dynamics to identify potential International initiatives for launch.
  • Work with potential partners for new and latest technology services collaborations to launch new International initiatives
  • Assist in commercial modeling and business case development of identified project
  • Jointly develop and execute Go-to-Market plans and conduct necessary Product training to Sales/Pre-sales team.
  • Work closely with business, marketing, engineering and design to help draw the product strategy
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and other partners
  • Manage the Product life cycle after launch and work with Sales team to drive aggressive revenue growth.


  • Degree in any field with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Telco Industry
  • Commercial aptitude is crucial and strong inter-personal communications skills required to engage internal and external parties
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast pace and competitive environment
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail, ability to influence and motivate others and perseverance to handle challenging business situations
  • Technical understanding of Layer 2 / 3 networking such as MPLS network, hub & spoke topology of product development highly advantageous
  • Capable of putting up business cases and defend them with the stakeholders
  • Experienced with lean product development approach
  • Keen interest on new services such as Cloud Connect, Software Defined Networking and Network Functions Virtualization is a plus
