Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the growth of mobile subscriber market share with special focus on new product offering and development. Responsible for onboarding new products, support marketing campaigns, increase conversions with improved digital user journeys, and undertake test and develop efforts to ensure system readiness and implement fixes & enhancements.

You must have wide knowledge of digital best practices to continuously enhance customers’ experience of the mobile app and web.

As part of the mobile team, you will work closely with various internal stakeholders across Apps, IS, Analytics, Marketing/Marcom and Customer Service to generate more value and inculcate Agile practices for prioritization of needs and the delivery of new capabilities.

 

 

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap to grow mobile subscriber market share, in consultation with various business units (Marketing, IS, Customer Service, etc.) to integrate new products or promotion schemes, enhance functionalities, improve the digital user journey, NPS and automation.
  • To continuously understand the digital customer needs and come up with products that fit their needs and align with company plans.
  • Collaborate and drive business stakeholders to prioritise projects / campaigns to meet mobile sales target.
  • Partner IS and vendors (scope/timeline/quality) to ensure project and testing activities meet the delivery timeline.
  • Monitor the performance of sales, competitive movements, insights from data analytics and use this information to create new competitive offerings.
  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues; be hands-on and proactive in finding solutions or patterns, coaching and assisting team members to facilitate operational activities.
  • Demonstrate day-to-day cross-functional leadership for managing business stakeholders.

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in Digital Marketing/Business/Online Marketing /Seller Operations roles with a focus on product development and product marketing. Previous experience in mobile preferred
  • At least 5 years of proven track record in product development and managing end to end product launch with commercial acumen
  • Strong grasp of the disciplines required to drive traffic and conversion, user experience best practices, able to engage in discussions on information architecture / platform performance
  • Strong project management, problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to engage and influence senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a large organization
  • Relevant work experience in a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English
