Job Purpose

As the AGILE Coach, you will be responsible for creating and improving the agile processes within the Consumer Business Group (CBG). You will lead agile workshops for development and functional teams and key stakeholders. You will promote and create a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for the organisation. You will also help drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
 

Responsibilites

A. Own the Agile Adoption Strategy
 * Develops the strategy, roadmap, and execution agenda for AGILE culture and mindset implementation within CBG function to ensure alignment with overall CBG Transformation program
 * Responsible for ensuring AGILE led process development related to product factory and product development cycles
 * Collaborate with scrum masters to drive and implement the roadmap for AGILE led delivery design
 * Create and develop new models for process efficiency to deliver faster time to market for CBG products and services
 * Partners with senior leadership to influence adoption of AGILE as a way of work
 * Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
 * Defines the roadmap with vendors for implementing agile practices
 * Provides oversight over key programs to ensure successful business transformation and drives impact from transformation agenda
 * Maintains industry knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and latest training topics

 

B. Implement AGILE methodology
 * Lead the implementation of Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in the CBG organization.
 * Defines techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
 * Becomes an ambassador for change and leads by example.
 * Fosters self-organization and growth within the team.
 * Ensures continuous reflection of benefits back to stakeholders to gain new and keep existing alliances

 

C. People Mentorship
 * Responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, working closely with scrum teams, developers, vendor partners
 * Leads 2-way communication initiatives by providing employees with feedback and of improvement, catalysing organizational growth and answering questions.
 * Actively provides hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile
 * Acts as a catalyst to inspire a team with diverse backgrounds, skills, and passions
 * Educates employees at all levels, including senior, and at times clients, on Agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing the process in their own work.
 * Lead and drive training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organization-wide adoption of Agile methodologies.

 

D. Vendor Management
 * Work with multiple vendors for AGILE methodology implementation
 * Partners with vendor side Agile coaches for best practices sharing
 * Reviews and oversees vendor set up for AGILE and alignment to CBG strategy
 * Liaisons with training partners to implement AGILE knowledge / upskill within the organization
 * Manages scrum master certifications / learning with vendors

Requirements

 * Degree in business management, IT software or related field with at least 10 years of related experience
 * Minimum 5 years as an AGILE Coach or leading AGILE based transformation programs or driving change management via AGILE
 * Consulting experience coupled with AGILE training experience will be an advantage
 * Strong Experience in working with Agile practices is a must, leading agile projects which create a culture change is preferred
 * Deep understanding of agile, scrum methodologies
 * Experience in creating value and outcome based operating models
 * Strong analytical and communication skills.
 * Resilient and is adaptable in a dynamic environment
